I was at first really apprehensive at the thought of spending more than £1000 on a fragile coffee machine to be shipped all the way from an Eastern European country to the UK, especially with the Brexit shipping and customs fiasco ongoing, but I was really happily surprised by such a seamless experience. My order was hastily dispatched from the warehouse in Lithuania on Monday morning (I had ordered over the weekend) and was at my house in the East Riding of Yorkshire by 10am on Friday. I was really worried about damage during shipping, but my Lelit Bianca arrived totally unscathed and in perfect working order. I got the machine at 10% discount to the full RRP with a special code, and so got an unbeatable price on the machine. It was cheaper than my roaster friend could wrangle it from Lelit UK wholesale! All I can say is that my experience with this company has been fantastic and I urge you to put aside any possible misconceptions about it due to its location in Eastern Europe. Just fabulous.

Amazing service and quick delivery.

The coffee is great, though I’m not an expert. I think a roast date would have been nice since in gourmet coffee making that’s the final straw that determines the freshness and richness of taste of beans. It was delivered to me from Poland in about a week!

Terrific service and speedy delivery.

The machine makes lovely coffee and is very pleasing to look at. I bought it on the premise that the hot plate stays on for two hours and disappointed to find that in fact it only keeps warm for 40 minutes

I was kept informed of the progress of my order, however I did not realise the machine was made for the European market with a different socket/plug system to UK. It works fine, but the plug adaptor is quite large and sticks out from the socket noticeably. The coffee pods are also not a very good fit inside the expresso machine. the 20 Euro voucher is not redeemable. A bit disappointed with the details provided.
