Ordered 2 bottles on the 1st May expecting delivery 2-3 days later. £3.99 for shipping and still not received. Do not order if you are in a hurry for your goods! My goods never arrived as when I chased it I was told it had been lost!! I have now had a refund

Don't trust the good reviews. The delivery times are from when they get the parcel delivered to their factory – which could be weeks away. It's a complete lottery as to whether you'll get your order in the stated time or not. In my case, I ordered a Nespresso coffee machine, and it should have been delivered latest a week ago, and still no sign that anything is happening. Their customer services are designed to keep you engaged and reassure you even when they have no idea when the parcel may arrive. I was promised it would arrive at different times, always to be let down. Shady business practices – I would never use them again!

Stay away – ordered a steam wand that said 6-8 weeks for delivery. Inquired about 6 weeks in, was told that the order was coming from the warehouse. Over 8 weeks and no steam wand and they're not replying to my emails

Arrived from a google shopping ad to buy an item. Obviously it was falsely advertised as on stock and the order got cancelled the next day. I was promised a 5-8 day refund, which hasn't happened in two weeks.

Paid a premium for a kettle with a quick delivery, then it it be 2 months but the send a gift, It was a tiny chocolate bar! Kettle packed in after a few week and now there fobbing me off to the manufacturer or offering a 10 week repair/

If I could do 0 star I would, the most deseptive marketing ever,and made me think my item was in stock then I received an email saying I have to wait for their restock for 12 days. Currently waiting in my refound which I had to go call up as online chat wasn't even helpful. Rude customer service on the phone and having to ask for an confirmation email about my cancellation was redicules why it wouldn't be am automatic email from them. Read the rest of their review don't buy from them.

Abysmal company. Bought an expensive kettle advertised as a few days delivery, later told 2 months but they'll send me a gift. Gift turned out to be a tiny chocolate bar! Insulting…Then kettle went faulty after a few weeks so has not lasted a reasonable time. They are arguing that it's not their problem and I need to contact manufacturer, which is breach of consumer contract. Or it's a 10 week repair, which is unreasonable. They're cowboys making up their own rules.
