Quick response to questions and very happy with my putchase

Just what we needed for our new halogen hob. Proper espresso pot – love it. Shame delivery took a little longer than anticipated due birthday gift.

Love my Bialetti Mukka! Although delivery by UPS ruined my experience. The courier did not attempt to deliver to our house and left the parcel in the corner shop. I did not get a paper card or an email. I accidentally checked the tracking number and was surprised to learn that my parcel was about to be returned to the sender!

Tautvydas, the sales manager, helped in ordering the bean to coffee machine. I am happy with the machine. Initially the wrong colour was sent and the return was made and new coffee machine with the correct colour arrived. It was effortless. Philips latter 3200 makes quite hot coffee which I am very happy with. The milk froth is amazingly frothy. So easy to make coffee with just the press of a button/

The beans I bought are lovely and not bad value but paying for delivery and the delivery took sooooo long to get here and when it came, the box was all smashed up

Great service as usual. Have been using the coffee friend for about a year since buying a bean to cup coffee machine for my boyfriend. Excellent customer service as usual, great communication, especially on brexit/ customs delays. I’m confident I’ll keep using them in the future.

Delighted with this coffee maker. I bought it for my son to take on his camping trips. Arrived with two weeks. Packaging a bit damaged but not of great importance.

They sell excellent coffee at a reasonable price all delivered to your door, what more could a cofficianado want, or need!

Coffeefriend was the only shop to offer my coffee machine in white. Even though delivery time was showing as 2-3 weeks it was delivered in a week. Highly reccomended, 5 star service, thank you. (Hope I won't regret my enthusiasm if any problems occur in the future lol)

After some MAJOR delivery issues my coffee machine eventually arrived and I'm very happy. There customer service was fantastic sorting out the problems and they even sent some free coffee to apologies for the issues. Delivery problems weren't the fault of coffee friend but there reliance on MyHermes (whom I loath) and the fact that the ship from the EU didn't help.

Fantastic price and delivered much sooner than expected.
