The Coffeefriend team supplied me with Loveramics latte cups and saucers. Popularity meant these were difficult to source and consequently the order was delayed. The situation was outside of their control. However, they did not give up and I received the cups and saucers a few days ago. Team members, particularly Rose, kept me regularly updated in a most thoughtful and helpful manner. A large bag of high quality coffee beans was sent for free whilst I awaited the items. This was much appreciated and I felt confident about the team’s honesty and integrity. Pauline
