Excellent Service except for fact that power lead supplied did not function correctly. I personally purchased a uk power lead now works great. Still waiting for coffee friend to refund me the cost for new power lead.

Fast and efficient

Broken machine when it arrived, hassle to send it back, long wait for a replacement, still not come even though the email to say the item had been shipped was a week ago and the courier’s Tracker says waiting to arrive with them. Then I get asked for a review every day, well here it is.

Coffee machine is great, takes a little bit of time to master the step up from my previous very basic machine. Only frustration was it took a week after I was notified it had been dispatched until when the couriers delivered it. My neighbours really weren’t expecting such a massive delivery
