Overall a good service but the lag between my order being placed and the coffee machine being delivered (circa 10 days) promted a "where is it" e-mail from me to Coffeefriend. That should have been done via update to me to avoid me contacting you. Also, I guess the machine is sourced from Europe and while the adapter plug is supplied it is the size of my head… I will replace it

The machine is really excellent as was the speed of delivery. The Euro to UK adapter plug could be better though.

I would have awarded 5 stars but unfortunately TNT delivered the Bosch coffee machine to the wrong house. However Coffeefriend responded immediately when I enquired as to the whereabouts of my package. They tracked it down immediately. The service and correspondence has always been excellent. Highly recommended 👌
