I am really be pleased with my coffee machine especially as it was on such a great offer – it makes great coffee and really easy to use . I got a lovely coffee gift pack as well . The machine took 2 weeks to arrive as it was coming from abroad and customer service was great when I contacted them .

Grinder arrived quickly. This is my first buy from coffee friend and was very happy. Only one thing the grinder arrived with an eu plug. Coffee friend put an adapter that you have to wire but decided to not fit and use an eu/ uk adapter that I had. Overall I recommend Coffeefriend.

Excellent price and speedy delivery bearing in mind it came all the way from Lithuania. Continental two pin plug already fitted but came with a simple conversion plug to our normal 3 pin. Guarantee registered ok on the Siemens website. Well pleased.

Great coffee machine but poor instructions as product was destined for other parts of Europe, so Euro plug (2pin) and no English instructions, but very helpful on the phone
