I can definitely recommend Coffefriend.com, delivery came very quickly but I regret buying Bielatti Brikka, it doesn’t make a foam as advertised, only initially but when coffee transferred to a cup it disappears, so effectively you get the same result as from normal Bielatti coffee maker. No point getting Brikka then.

First class company. Good communication and very helpful. Item arrived in a week instead of the stated three weeks. Excellent price even if it did mean I have to use an adapter (which was supplied free of charge).

It took so many weeks to come. It would have also come with a European plug without an adaptor. But the courier lost the first one and I complained and we got sent some free coffee- this was ok- but the second machine was delayed too. In the coffee that was sent we had an adaptor for the European plug- but we would t have had that if I hadn’t complained. So we would have been posted after weeks and weeks a coffee machine that you couldn’t just plug in?

Ordering, payment and delivery no problems t all. As the item was a gift I cant comment on the quality of the machine.
