Coffeefriend are a great company. I had a problem with Hermes (a poor company) leaving the original package in my lobby – the package was stolen. Brilliant device and very helpful

Very attentive customer service, we needed a specific coffee machine for a friends Birthday and had been let down by another supplier, on explaining this to the staff member they sent the machine out very promptly and it arrived within a couple of days, very impressed with the service we received
