We bought a refurbished machine at a good price. Postage took a little longer than I expected and I think it actually came from abroad (it had European plugs) The refurbished machine was also really dirty. There were still beans in it! I wrote to coffee friend and they told me that the beans would have been shaken out during transit. Which sounds feasible but not to anywhere near the extent that I experienced, it was really pretty bad. Anyway. It works. And the price was decent I just wouldn’t trust their refurb products. —-UPDATE—- CF picked up my complaint and have apologised whilst telling me that they are investigating the refurb process. It's been dealt with in the proper way. Well Done Coffeefriend!!

Very reasonable prices, quick delivery and we absolutely love our new coffee machine

Pleasantly surprised by how quick + easy this order was considering I paid £50 less than all other UK retailers (I bought the Wilfa Svart Aroma in Black for about £75 including delivery). It's an EU model, but comes with an adapter that turns the EU plug into a UK one – looks like a normal UK plug now (it's not one of those usually white adapters that plug in/out and look like an eyesore). Took about a week to arrive.

The price of the coffee machine was better than in other stores. It was easy to order and a seamless process. Although the timeline for delivery was given as 3 weeks or so, the machine actually arrived in a week. Everything is as stated and so far am very pleased with the machine.

Excellent product at an excellent price

I have purchased Wilfa coffee grinder, but was sent incorrect EU to UK plug adaptor that cannot be used. So far I was unable to convince Coffeefriend's support to rectify this problem and send me the correct adaptor.

I ordered the coffee machine as a reolacement as my other which was over20yrs stopped working. I am well pleased with the updated machine
