Great Customer service and lovely coffee

I ordered a coffee machine and a bag of decaf coffee beans recently. The beans arrived quickly and are delicious (which is hard to find from a decaf). The machine took a bit longer, but was still within my expectations. The customer service is also worth mentioning, as it has been outstanding. I made a mistake in my order, and they were fantastic in helping me. Coffee friend will definitely be my go-to place for coffee from now on!

Very good company – they seem to deliver coffee machines from Europe so it might take a while before you get it with you however the wait is SO WORTH IT – I'd never get my Melitta machine at that good price anywhere else in the UK. They also take good care of customers – I cannot recommend them enough

I had a Delonghi cafe Corso that I bough 4 years ago the pump failed so I tried to have it repaired ended up buying a new one shipped about they were £300 for the one I had wich was £199 when I bought so looked again and flu d an advert for a Delonghi Magnifica for £297 (£400 everywhere else) what's the catch I hear you say? That's what I thought so I spoke to a sales Rep called Amber who was delightful and explained I had was delighted with the ease of answering any questions I rate them Highky

Recently bought a Bosch filter coffee machine, very pleased with the customer experience and the product. Item arrived ahead of schedule which was excellent. However I didn't get a dispatch / delivery notification so delivery caught me by surprise – otherwise all was great.

Lovely coffee and was delivered to me in 3 days not nearly the 2-3 weeks suggested!
