Coffee machine was a good price but it wasn’t clear beforehand that it didn’t have a uk plug but a foreign one with an adaptor.

Order was correctly fulfilled, all arrived safely and in good time. Updates re delivery were spot on – thank you. Oh, and the coffee pads are delicious.

Great coffee, enjoy been able to buy flavours that are not on the shelves even though you are paying nearly £1.50 extra it is actually worth it. My only disappointment is that there is no decaffeinated lungo coffee

When looking for a reasonably priced bean to cup coffee machine, I came across Coffee Friend, however held back on seeing the origin of the machine and delivery time. With the assurance of good reviews (such a minefield nowadays, you have to look closer..) and the price staying the same for weeks, I took the plunge and placed my order. Yes, took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive which was fine with me. Happy with the machine, lots of fresh coffee later I’m a happy customer😊

Especially given the bargain price Coffee Friend are offering this machine for, I cannot recommend them enough.
