Really pleased with my purchase. My husband had a pod coffee machine which my sons refused to use. They recommended this bean to cup machine which was a good price. Coffee Friend answered my email very quickly and the machine arrived much sooner than I had expected. Even though my husband had said he didn’t want this type of machine he is really pleased with it. Looks really good too.

The product is brilliant – but the delivery service lets them down. The delivering courier service in UK – Hermes – had no clue where the package was. For five days I got conflicting messages. It arrived two hours after being told it would be delivered next day 🙁

Excellent coffee machine that was bought to replace a 5 year old similar model that my son has taken for his first home. (Still in good working order) Plug is 2 pin European with an adapter (not a prob). Came with foreign instructions but packed in the box was a copy of all other languages so found English! Price was less than I paid 5 years ago and no p and p so great result! Newer delonghi models are much more exp.Happy with this one. Swift and efficient response when I sent a query to customer services to see how much longer before delivery. (Had already been 2 weeks). Wd have given 5 stars if it had been quicker delivery. Wd order from coffee friend again and recommend to others.
