We order 10 chocolate items in early September and our order was delivered in mid September. 3 items had a ‘best before’ day of 23 Sep 3 items had a ‘best before’ days of 16 Oct All 6 of these items had bloomed. The others had best before dates of next Apr & May. I contacted Coffee friend and was offered a £10 voucher but no replacements as they were within date (fair enough, they were in date, barely, but not the quality I expected) Given the delivery charges to use a £10 voucher, we won’t be cashing it in, and I’d think twice before using Coffee Friend again…

I purchased a new induction Moka coffee pot and a variety of ground coffees. The Moka pot is great and the coffee flavours are excellent. All were delivered safely, securely and promptly. Very pleased with service overall.

I had a great experience. I bought a Wilfra Grinder and the product arrived within a couple of days. There was a payment issue but their support team called me and were very helpful in getting it resolved. Their excellent support and great deals on coffee gear mean I'll be buying from them again soon.

What can I say other than excellent service. I order the bean to cup Siemens "TI923309RW coffee machine. They kept me up to date with delivery and it arrived within 16 day, from outside the uk. It was well packaged and in excellent working order. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I would have given 5 stars but I believed that my order was coming from within the UK (website order was made on a UK site) however my coffee machine came from Poland. The paperwork included from Nespresso was for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and I could not therefore register the machine with Nespresso to effect any guarantee.
