In terms of price – 5 stars. Not only price matched but actually beat other retailers who offered a military discount on top. Delivery – 4 stars Took 3 weeks as advertised. Service 4 stars – was disappointed to only get 1kg of coffee and not the advertised 2kg included due to “the price change from RRP” but overall very pleased with experience and purchase.

I was initially worried as ordering online from a company I was not familiar with. However, I called with a pre order question which was answered informatively and from that moment could not have been more impressed. Excellent customer service and speedy, efficient delivery. I will be using this company again!

Initially received not as advertised. Website stated that I would receive duo pods and coffee sample, No coffee sample received and on contacting company they informed that promotion for coffee sample had expired. Website was still advertising the coffee sample with the pods. Following a number of emails back and forward that were prompt, I have been offered the sample coffee and a free chocolate bar for my inconvenience. The actual Pods are great…

Great machine and coffee – comms on delivery expectation were not that great though. And took me a while to find the UK adaptor plug. Otherwise early days with the machine.

After being let down by a firm that had false stock and a 5 week wait based in UK. I contacted Coffee Friends instead – after chatting with Amber she guaranteed a max 2 week delivery. She personally spoke to the warehouse and my Bosch coffee machine was dispatched immediately and came within a week from Lithuania. I was also able to track it most of the way.
