Unfortunately I didn't receive my order. I placed it online and paid and received s confirmation email. I then received a further email to say that my order had been cancelled as my payment had been flagged as suspicious, and that if I provided another method of payment my order would be processed. I declined. To be fair, my order was fully refunded quickly. But I don't really understand why it was cancelled and refunded in the first place.

It’s quite unique these days to get this level of old school service. It was like a VIP concierge service. It was so personal and professional. I ordered a high end coffee machine. The price was the best available but on top of that they threw in some free coffee beans. They were very clear on delivery times and the fact it would be a European plug – and they also included a free UK plug adapter. Couldn’t have expected any more. Brilliant.
