Not received my order after 2 weeks but I've received this review???

Excellent machine. Slightly cheaper in price than others, but did have to wait a while for delivery.

Be aware the delivery times are Likely to be 3 weeks or more as most Of these are shipped from Europe to the UK and you may have a 2 pin plug adapter I still haven’t received mine yet and I’m being Asked to review them

Best price and no complaints about the product or packaging, all as expected. The only reason for dropping a star is the longer than expected delivery time of over 2 weeks. There was a warning before order placement that this might happen because of the effects of covid, but my feeling is that as a justification, covid is no longer a cloak to hide behind for poor delivery performance.

Great coffee machine, fantastic service!

Outstanding customer service. Bought an espresso machine and immediately been contacted by a member of staff to make sure that there isn’t anything else that I need. I then decided to order a coffee grinder from them and they made sure that the grinder and coffee machine will be delivered in the same time. Very pleased with both items ordered and with the level of customer service. The whole process was easy and smooth. Delivery meet the timeframe.

Had a faulty grinder replaced

The Lelit elizabeth is a fantastic machine . It was delivered quickly from a Europe despatch point , no issues. It was delayed by one day due to an issue in the UK with the courier. Excellent communication regarding the sale and possible discount code prior to purchasing, not required any after sale assistance. The only issue with the machine was the advance settings were not set to standard, but after a couple of days I noticed the shots weren't pulling right , changed the setting to default and all was okay.

I’ve ordered a Sage Bambino Plus Espresso machine and it arrived as expected. Now i’m enjoying my coffee wvery morning with a touch of a button. Sage machine never fails. High standard coffee machine. It’s a bit on a higher price, but it’s all worth it. And coffe friend has made it all possible. Thank you coffee friend for a very smooth transactions!
