Appalling service! I ordered a very expensive coffee machinefrom them, and three bags of beans. Virtually no correspondence from them (other than trying to sell me more stuff). The beans arrived in two separate deliveries, which was a bit odd. One month and several emails later to chase delivery of the machine, they claim I refused delivery. I work from home and would never have refused delivery! When I asked them to dispatch it again and provide tracking details, they tell me it’s out of stock and don’t know when they will get another. I’m still awaiting a full refund. Fortunately, I found the same machine elsewhere and it gets delivered tomorrow. Hopefully, the refund will be processed ASAP! If not, trading standards will be contacted! Rubbish service, unhelpful customer service, and everyone appears to be called Sales Manager. Don’t waste your time or energy with this awful, unreliable and unrepentant company. The reply below just goes to show how little they care. It’s identical to every other 1 star review. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!

I am trying to go through booklets and understand, then remember, what I have read, Not easy, I have been using pod machines, life is different but hopefully better. Machine is good looking, and I am sure it will not be long before it is in full use(need to make Americanos) Coffee friend are a good company, delivery was poor, and I was not at anytime given comforting information s to why it took so long. I now forget the past and look forward to coffee from coffee friend on the great machine they supplied.

It is over month already since I ordered coffee machine and I am still waiting for it.

So, we ordered a coffee machine and over a month later it hasn't arrived. Emails to Coffeefriend result in "…it's in customs…", or other excuses. If you're in the UK and want a coffee machine – go to Currys, not Coffeefriend.

Waiting for delivery. It takes forever

I'm still waiting for the coffee machine to arrive! I can understand there are shipping issues from Europe at the moment, but communication could be better. Not very happy!
