Very swift delivery

I ordered a coffee machine and when it arrived it was broken and it also had a foreign plug on it. I was promised a refund and so far have not received it.

Excellent product at great price. Delivery slower than expected, however.

I got the Sage Barista express & it’s actually amazing. It’s super easy to put together and make my first coffee and ever since I love it. There’s so many YouTube videos on how to use it which made it even better. The only negative thing about this machine is that the manual came In Hungarian which as a native English speaker made it difficult to understand however thanks to Sage Barista website and YouTube I am able to use it effectively.

Not the fastest delivery ever, but it did arrive within the 2 to 3 week period stated (16 days from order to delivery). However it was by far the cheapest price I could find for the particular Delonghi machine I wanted, so it was worth the wait. I would have no worries about ordering from them again. Save around £80 from next cheapest quote.

Was just what we expected and works very well – only drawback is – one of our dogs barks madly when we use it!

This is a good coffee machine so far the only down side is it came with a two point plug and although an adapter came with it. We now have a great big plug which doesn’t look good.
