I was slightly worried about delivery times after reading other reviews. I shouldn’t have. Our coffee machine arrived more quickly than expected and was well packaged. The coffee machine was very competitively priced and I have absolutely no regrets ordering through Coffee Friend.

Coffeefriend provided the best range of coffee makers and is very competitively priced across the board. The product was delivered after almost two weeks but came from central Europe and comes with a two-pin plug with a British 3 pin adaptor which might put off some but is very common for many within the home electrics industry, If you enjoy 'proper' coffee Coffeefriend have it all

There were customs issues and dispatch delays – they kept me in the loop and followed through. Good, responsive firm. Sales process was slick with my endless questions being answered quickly and succinctly with some good advice on the pro's and con's of different machines.

Parcel arrived in advance of scheduled date, which was excellent.

We found a much cheaper price on Amazon, we would have prefer to give our money to coffeemate but it was a big difference. When we mentioned this they couldn’t quite match the price but said they would make up for it with some coffee which I thought was a great compromise and they kept my business

After checking prices on other UK websites, this site definitely beat them on price by far. The machine was great and works excellent. It arrived within promised days. All in all, great experience. Can’t complain.

Received earlier than shown brilliant price, only quibble drib tray was showing scratches . I bought this machine as my son left home and took the coffee ☕ maker with him, this is a cracking 👌 machine.
