My initial choice was out of stock even though it did not say so when I ordered. I was promptly contacted and offered the choice of an alternative. It was delivered within expected timescales and communication was good. The product was 20% cheaper than anywhere else and makes excellent coffee. All in all a positive buying experience, would have been 5 stars if I hadn't been able to order something that was out of stock.
