Fantastic coffee machine. This was a replacement for my old Senseo. I use it everyday day and would definitely recommend it,

Product was great and better value than elsewhere, but the delivery time was 2/3weeks with no updates and had to ring several times to be sure of arrival.

The wrong colour machine was sent, I politely complained and a return postage label was promptly sent and once I had dispatched the wrong one, another, the right colour was sent by return post. Throughout this process, the people I spoke to/corresponded with were friendly, professional and got things done in a timely fashion. Highly recommended company.

Very happy with our new coffee machine and happy to receive complimentary coffee and cleaning products. A quicker delivery would have been nicer, ad it took them 3 weeks to delivery it.
