We made an order for a coffee machine and it was delivered in cling film, machine and box damaged. We then sent this back and recieved another with no packaging at all, machine ok but box damaged. Communication from Rose was good, but can't understand why they don't send out thier products packed… Bizzare… Probably will not use again.

I wasn't happy with the check out I opted to pay via moona and save £5. A few weeks later my bank account had been deducted by £30, apparently you get charged this every month for moona so ended up costing me a lot more,I know I should have read the small print!buyers beware.

Bought a coffee machine for my wife’s Christmas present it was delivered wrapped in a clear cellophane and my wife answered the door and saw exactly what she was getting for Christmas. So that surprise was ruined

The first one I received, the discaler had leaked allover machine, I emailed the company, they offered me a £30 refund, as it was a Xmas present I declined. They have since sent me another one and collected the damaged one, which seems to be fine. Thank you
