Really good customer service. Only issue was had to wait a little longer for machine to be delivered than stated as was arriving from Europe. In current climate with driver shortages, Brexit etc, I suppose this is to be expected.

Bought 2 Delonghi machines in the black Friday sales for our 2 young adult children and their partners for their Christmas presents They arrived in a couple of days and we were able to get them to them in good time as they are both working over Christmas

My son wanted a coffee maker for his birthday. He has always liked the Delongi machine we purchased a few years ago. We found the up dated model on Coffeefriend at a very good price, and it still gets good reviews. Delivered to his house in good time for his birthday. He is very pleased with it.

Bought a DeLonghi coffee machine as a Christmas present. Arrived in good time but the parcel was very badly wrapped so the box was badly damaged. I have not unpacked the machine but hopefully it has not sustained any damage.
