No problem with the coffee maker however, delivery time was slow even for COVID and post Brexit issues.

The coffee grinder on our Sage Barista Express stopped working after 5 days. Coffee Friend were quick to suggest that we may not have been using it according to instructions and that we may have introduced moisture into the burr which had blocked it. It was very much implied that this would not be covered by warranty. Given that we had followed the instructions meticulously this was very frustrating. We expected a lot more from a machine at this price and would certainly have expected the customer service to be more gracious.

My Siemens Coffee Machine took a considerable time to arrive. The instruction manual is in every language, except English. Most of the videos on line are in German. However, it didn't take long to work it out. First impressions are that the machine makes excellent coffee.
