You deserve 0 stars I paid for the machine but you cancelled the order Crap

Great price and great coffee machine, took a bit of trial and error to find the right strength but very pleased with my Delonghi! Delivery was not so great, had an email telling me it had been dispatched and three days later that there were delays at the warehouse, then a week later it appeared! All via Hermes so not particularly surprising!

So far so Good ! Been using the coffee machine for over a month now and it’s really good for the price. You can only make couple of coffees at the time and then need to wait for about 5-10 min for the machine to warm up …. But mainly it’s just me using so it doesn’t bother me

Update: I was offered £15 in compensation for the damage to the machine following this review and they have apologised on behalf of the courier. Awful service and the coffee machine is scratched. I wasn't given any delivery details and the coffee machine was just left outside my door in the rain. I didn't even know that it had been delivered so it's a good job that someone saw it or it would have been out all night or it could have been stolen. When my husband opened it on Christmas Day it's got lots of scratches on the front of it which really spoils the appearance. I'm really disappointed and I would definitely not recommend this company.

Just a bit slow arriving otherwise fine

Poor communication, questionable product inventory and overall bad experience. Telephone lines are never answered. Didn't get the product I wanted, lost money twice on making payments and having to get a refund.

The machine arrived after a slight delay and makes great coffee . Unfortunately it seems to be leaking. However, coffeefriend are being very responsive in helping resolve the problem.
