Coffee machine took a while to arrive but I was kept informed. Competitive price for a great product

Great machine supplied at lower cost than alternative suppliers. Delivery a bit slow, but understandable given that we are still in a pandemic.

All the coffee was great but shame it takes so long to arrive from ordering.

After the purchase, there were problems with the Hermes courier, but after switching to DPD, the parcel arrived without any problems. The coffee machine works without any problems.

Needs regular descaling which is a pain and takes a long time. Makes fantastic coffee though.

Purchased SAge Oracle machine, it’s not worked properly since purchase, and was actually scratched on the front. I raised this with Coffee friend who seemed not to believe me indicating they thought it was user error. The machine has now completely stopped working and i have go through the aggravation of returning it

Great service, the only issue I had was, on their website under the deliveries, clearly says that they are not using useless (Hermes) couriers but they actually do. Numerous emails exchanged with customer service, they respond everytime within an hour, about the delivery issue, even offered another parcel with different courier. In the end, morons from hERMES delivered. In general, Coffee friend guys great, but please ask them before purchase not to send your product with morons (hERMES)
