Delivery takes longer than some other sites but if you factor that in it is an excellent service, personal communication is easy and helpful and thir prices are very competitive so I would recommend this company

Ordered and paid for. Money came out of my account and I was then told a few days later that I was being refunded as there was an issue with payment. I found there to he no rationale reason for this after speaking with staff other than a stock issue which wouldnt be admitted. I recieved my refund but because I couldn't be guaranteed delivery before the time frame needed and I had lost the black friday discount I didnt re order. Very disappointed.

I still haven’t received my coffee machine! Extremely frustrating service from everyone I spoke too as they couldn’t give me a straight answer. I ordered this coffee machine over a month before Christmas for a Christmas present and the turn around on delivery went from 8 days to 14 days. Every time I contacted them it seemed to get pushed back. I had to email to request an invoice and tracking information (which still only shows order placed, not delivered or in transit) but the company assures make it has been delivered! I ended up purchasing the coffee machine from elsewhere so I had it in time for Christmas. I understand Christmas is a busy time for any company but the service I received was extremely poor and not reassuring at all. They have since closed my case without warning and have asked me how satisfied I am with their service! I will never use this company again and will tell people to steer clear of them in the future!

Package came beat up and covered in taoe item in box damaged so obviously been opened before. I was expecting a lovely gift instead i got rubish. Had initial email when j complained but nothing since this morning when i emailed photos and details of my order

The machine never arrived and I was asked for my delivery address 8 times and they to discuss with the carrier myself. The carrier was different from the one on the invoice and no one had a clue where it was. To ring the carrier, one of them, cost £6 per minute. Don’t touch them with a barge-pole.
