I ordered a bean to cup coffee machine on the 26th Nov as a Christmas present. First issue was I went through topcashback, but after buying realised that via the top cash back link the price of the coffee machine was £10 more than if I had gone direct. So in affect it cost me more even though I got cashback! Now I should have noticed but I find this slightly misleading. Second issue is that although I ordered on the 26th November it still had not arrived on the 22nd December. It appears this is more to do with Hermes being rubbish but I would suggest that Coffeefriend uses a more reliable courier service. I emailed customer services and got a refund. The machine never did arrive. On the positive note hence the 1 star the customer services were easily contactable via email and always got back to me in less than a day. In the end Amazon reduced their price to the same as I'd paid when I ordered from Coffeefriend, delivered 2 days later no problems…

6oz cups and expresso cups are beautiful – lovely colours, excellent quality. They were a gift and were very well received.

Terrible service. Ordered a coffee machine 10 days ago. I was provided with a Hermes Tracking number and iv had no update on the shipment. Hermes still states they haven’t received my order for delivery . Iv tried calling Coffee Friends (no answer and no response to voicemail) iv tried emailing (No response) I would not recommend using them.

Really great customer service. I had to contact them a couple of times and the response was quick and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Great price and fast delivery. Informative website. Could have done with instructions on how to assemble the plug! (2 pin into 3 pin adapter) Would recommend this site 👍

I would have given 5* but the first machine arrived badly damaged and I had to request a replacement. Customer service was excellent and a replacement machine was sent very quickly. The damaged machine was collected from my home at no cost. Communication throughout was good.

The coffee machine is very nice and it works properly. As well as that, what I like about it is how easy it is to use. It is an amazing coffee machine for qualitative cups of coffee.
