Ordered a coffee machine as a gift. The price was good, £10 cheaper than other retailers. It took longer to arrive than I expected (16 days) and was sent from Europe rather than UK. The recipient was happy with the gift and says it was as expected and worked well.

First coffee machine was unfortunately scratched but a collection and replacement was sorted out so quickly and efficiently.

Very competitive prices on De Longhi bean to cup machines. Delivery was rather slow but it arrived in time for Christmas. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a coffee maker.

You sent a machine with a European plug..this will be unearthed and therefore dangerous when used on a machine containing water. It might be legal in Europe but their poor Health and Safety standards allow this. The operator I discussed this with was accommodating but unfortunately she had to "toe the company line"

Coffee maker never arrived after ordering on 3rd December for sons birthday on the 14th. Initially gave an excuse about parts for overseas etc but it had allegedly been dispatched on the 4th but courier tracking indicated a week later. It then went into a courier limbo with no change to tracking. Chased it up and was offered a cancellation and reorder but all too late for Christmas so ordered from another supplier and it arrived 2 days after ordering! Refund offer taken up as had no faith in their ability to deliver.
