Good choice of coffee machines, works perfectly – happy family. Packaging was an issue but Coffeefriend offered a bag of beans in compensation, thanks for listening and acting on issue.

I bough a coffee machine for Christmas for my parents, when ordering it, I requested (3 times) for it to be packaged in discrete packaging so they wouldn't see what it was before the 25th. It arrived in the coffee machine packaging and ruined the surprise… hence the two stars. The price was good and it arrived undamaged however.

Machine did arrive scratched and the descaler had burst, but company dealt with it well and resolved quickly. Very happy with my machine!

An excellent company, easy to email and receiving a very prompt reply. The item came much quicker than expected. The price was well below those of its competitors. I would definitely use this company again.

My old Senseo started malfunctioning after good service. Found Coffeefriend best value Senseo model replacement. Came with UK plug adaptor. So easy set up.

Package was totally destroyed when it arrived. I was given a refund but only for the product, not the postage. Disappointing and won’t be using again.

Was a little anxious in ordering when I realised it would be shipped from outside the UK especially when it was a Christmas gift. It did take a while to arrive (about 3 weeks) but I’m pretty sure it was mainly due to the busy period. Was a genuine Siemens machine as ordered but came with an EU 2 pin plug and a substantial UK adaptor. Overall pleased for the price paid.

There was a problem with the machine and it had to be returned. It’s a big machine and started its journey in Lithuania – I was ready for a big problem. Not so! They guided me through the collection process, sent a courier, did what they said they would do and a new machine arrived within the timescale they had indicated. A great example of how, what’s starts as a problem turns into a good experience! Everything was over email and the responses were quick and concise.

It would appear they don’t hold stock of some items. The machine I ordered was going to take three weeks to arrive. It was the same price and next day delivery from AO. Took a while to get my money back.
