Excellent service

No product details on receipt provided at point of purchase. I requested a refund the next working day after I requested an itemised receipt and it showed the wrong item. I was told I would have to wait for delivery and return as it had been despatched… I waited over 4 weeks for delivery of the wrong item (after Christmas – despite 2 week delivery estimate) and I am now 5/nrly 6 weeks and counting waiting for a refund. To add insult to injury I have been automatically signed up to Moona – some bs shopping service which has now billed me twice at £30/month – I am several hundered pounds down, have no product and have been charged an extra £60 for something nobody would ever want – avoid at all costs.

Very good, efficient, even during christmas delivery times the product arrives just in time, impressed 🙂

There advertisement does not make it clear that items are delivered from overseas so would not arrive in time to meet a Christmas delivery date resulting in me having to purchase a replacement item from Amazon. I have now been trying to return the additional item but nobody from the customer services will return my calls or emails. Avoid using this company

I can't really say that they did not deliver on what I ordered, the coffee machine was bought as a Christmas present for my partner and we are both very happy with it. I was concerned that it would not arrive I time but it was delivered just in the nic on Christmas eve. The only down side was the lack of updates in the shipping process between being dispatched and out for delivery, I think it would at least give people some comfort to know it was moving along in transit. I would likely use them again if they had something in was after at the right price.

It wasn't clear from the outset that the orders are from Europe and some items have EU plugs. The order was split into 3 deliveries and we still have one outstanding. The EU plug adapters are actually very good and earthed correctly. Customer service so far has been responsive in helping to track down when items will be delivered.

Great service and item ordered much cheaper here than elsewhere, so will definitely check out this site for further purchases.

I’ve been waiting for too long for delivery almost a month. I’ve been quite disappointed when they inform me that it will be 5 days until delivery comes and it takes around 3 weeks. However the machine comes with no broken package.

Great product and true to description. I got this for my partner who loves his coffee. He thought it looked great and was fab to use for that first coffee of the day.
