Great communication, Good prices

Expecting time almost 4weeks. The tracking on Hermes not showing delivery date or progress properly.

I bought my husband a coffee maker for Christmas but unfortunately there was a fault with the pump. I was concerned I might have a problem getting my money back but I was pleasantly surprised. Rose from Coffee Friend dealt with my problem swiftly and efficiently and I received a complete refund. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you

Delivery was a little slow hence 4 stars, the AeroPress I bought was so good I have purchased another from Coffeefriend!

It took a little longer to arrive than I thought it would, but I suppose if it was coming from the EU it would explain that. I have looked everywhere for this machine to replace my tired old one and was thrilled to find it on Coffeefriend. Just what I wanted.

Terrible customer service. Bought a machine which broke after a few months. After waiting for over a month for a repair, I bought another as a replacement and we told they would collect the old was and issue a refund. No refund, no collection and no reply from them. Avoid this company.

Delivery was incredibly slow and the customer service representatives were unhelpful and boardeline rude. Giving me the wrong information which had clearly been copy and pasted. Not impressed and would not recommend.

My order with Coffeefriend was delayed – it took about 10 days longer than quoted to arrive. This was a bit frustrating, but to be fair it was over the Christmas period, so perhaps not a typical experience. I was in touch with Coffeefriend a couple of times to check the status of my order and they were very responsive – and they even sent me a free bag of coffee for the inconvenience. I do think they might be a bit clearer on their website about shipping times as some of their items come from the EU (this was the issue with my order). However as I said they were very responsive and helpful, and my new coffee maker is absolutely brilliant – so overall a good experience and I would recommend this company.

I ordered a de Longhi coffee machine before Christmas, which was supposed to take 4-5 days but actually came within a couple of days so I was really pleased. The espresso maker looks lovely, does not take too much space and does a good job of making coffee, I haven't yet used the milk wand tool So I would recommend both the retailer and the coffee maker.
