The price was good. But the service was pretty bad. It took over two weeks to arrive with zero communication from the company. Then it was arrived in two separate deliveries (one was just a plug which arrived first with no explanation there was the rest of the machine coming)! They failed to reply to any email but did answer the phone. Would think twice before I used them again…

Very efficient and friendly, keen prices, top notch customer service, a great company to deal with. They contacted me to explain that the delivery would be delayed and asked whether I wanted to cancel the order. I didn’t, and in the event the coffee maker arrived a couple of days later, well in advance of their expected “delayed” date, and only a couple of days after the original delivery date. Goods arrived very well packaged, complete and undamaged.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it, according to the information, the package was lost (not small)

Excellent customer service and really happy with the product! Sadly item was scratched when it arrived, however once we’d contacted the customer service team they arranged collection and replacement straight away and made the process very easy.

Great range of stock, really well focused on coffee. Delivered in 10 days, EU plug with adaptor. Happy to get the Wilfa burr grinder and it works brilliantly.

Amazing customer service and very quick response without any fuss. Ordered a milk frother in UK but came with a EU plug. Customer service was quick to respond and arrange a converter fast. They were also very quick to respond to some advise I was seeking on the product.

Great price and fast delivery, just let down by the fact they don't tell you that the Sage Coffee Machine I ordered was going to have a 2 pin plug. It's not a problem in the slightest but if I'd known before ordering it I could have got an adapter for it instead of having to wait 2 days before I could use the machine, better still they could supply one with the machine which would definitely have got them a 5 Star review!

I ordered a Delonghi Dinamica coffee machine, unfortunately the delivery took 12 days, may be excusable given covid etc. However, the machine did not work due to technical fault. Had to return it and not sure if or when a replacement will arrive. After contacting the company, they initiated a replacement, quick response and I received a complementary 1kg of beans. So all in all, very good customer service. I guess the initial problems weren’t necessarily caused within the company. Thanks, coffee and machine are brilliant.
