Generally not bad, only two relatively minor issues; ordered a separate bad of coffee which arrived package damaged and soaking wet! More annoyingly the coffee machine mains plug was not supplied with a uk mains plug or even a European adapter. So had to chase them to supply one. I can’t yet comment on the machine as I haven’t set it up yet. Need to get rid of another machine first!

These guys were great. I bought a new machine. The price was significantly lower than Amazon for the same model. Delivery was around 3 weeks vs 24hrs but it was within the time advertised and I survived those days for the lower price.

Well packed that my cups were delivered in good condition. Also I like it has various of coffee beans with notes, and they taste quite nice. But I gave 4 stars because the roasting day of my 2 bags of coffee beans are on October (now is early Janurary). Also I had to wait 2 weeks to receive the items after I ordered.
