Pleased with great value lattee cups and saucers. More expensive elsewhere. Collected by courier quickly but delivered a week later? Incredibly well bubble wrapped so no chance of breakages. Good experience with this company.

Read the returns policy before purchasing! Our cups were so different to what we were expecting and I really didn’t them. Tried to return but told we couldn’t as it wasn’t cost effective to, so they said they’d process a refund and for us to dispose of them ourselves but took almost £10 off the refund for a processing fee. Unless you’re 100% sure you’re going to love the item, find another retailer!

Love the coffee machine

Great place to buy from. Got the Sage The Dose Control Pro grinder. Still early days but seems to work just fine. Aftersales from Coffee Friend has been brilliant so far. Also got a decent amount of coffee for free as part of my order.
