Slow service considering the price you pay for items and absolutely rubbish customer services as I was telling you what was wrong with my old machine I got off you but I did all that you said and you say its a pipe that goes from the milk to the frother that's the issue when there's nothing wrong with the pipe… for your sake I really hope nothing goes wrong with this new machine

Coffice machine is great, Was a bit disappointed when we paid for it on a debit card, on line to be told it was rejected and we had to pay in a different way. We had to wait for the money to be returned. Then pay with pay pal. Surly their web site needs this fixing. On a bonus side when I called them they were helpful and explained. I did leave me needlessly worrying that it wouldn’t turn up and added time on the order. It arrived all ok and are happy with what we had and will order beans from them in the future.

Great product, very good price – the cheapest I found on the market. There was a problem – quite long journey but I ordered in festive period therefore should expect delays. However the customer service was fast with responce to query.

Item was as described and a very fair price compared to competition! Arrived very well packed but took a little longer to be delivered than thought it would but this should be expected over the Christmas period! I did email customer service in this regard and received a prompt response telling me item should be with me very soon and to my surprise it arrived next day!
