I found ordering the coffee easy, had to wait a couple of weeks for the delivery. I thought it being 100% arabica it would taste much better than it actually does. I probably won't be re-ordering.

I bought a Delonghi coffee machine for my daughter as a Christmas present in the Black Friday sale. Great price! £60 off the RRP. My daughter didn’t start to use it til after Christmas as she wanted to wait til she was in her new flat. She was very impressed with the machine and the milk frother on it. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks she noticed the water tank was leaking and obviously had a crack in it. I got her to contact the company directly as she’s in London and I’m in Northern Ireland. She was given 2 options, either to replace the machine completely or just the water tank part and they said they would include a couple of free bags of coffee beans. My daughter doesn’t like to look a gift horse in the mouth so opted for the part replacement with the freebie! The part came within a couple of weeks and my daughter is enjoying her lovely coffee machine. Very impressed with your customer service (something many companies are getting so badly wrong at the moment) and will order again. Thank you Coffee Friend

I bought a Moccamaster from Coffee Friend as the price was substantially less than Amazon. I thought there was going to be a problem when the delivery company emailed a bill for import duties. But when I called Coffee Friend they told me to pay it and they would refund me – which they did very quickly . So, I would definitely recommend them as they live up to their promises

Great customer service overall, I purchased a refurbished machine and they were very responsive over emails and happy to send extra details. Delivery was about a week for my machine as it came from Europe but there was no hassle and I had tracking the whole time.

We ordered our Senseo Coffee Machine with you, and were pleasantly surprised to receive it only a few days later. All present and correct! We have owned several Senseo Machines before, and love them. A nice surprise to get two free bags of coffee pads! They will come in handy for visitors, as we only drink really strong, black espresso type coffee. Thank you very much!
