Excellent service. New machine is great. Many people mentioning the long delivery times but it quite clearly states on the website can take 10-14 working days. Mine arrived after 7 so better than expected.

The customer service was great. The box of my espresso machine was just a bit torn. They took the initiative to tell and threw in a glass and chocolate. I wasn’t expecting much from the 1kg beans they gave me as a gift with a brand name “specialty coffee” (papua new guinea), so I was really surprised how sweet and nice the floral notes was. The Lelit machine was really fab so I am very happy.

Siemens TQ505GB9 EQ.500 & a set of 6 cappuccino cups w/ saucers. I purchased my Siemens EQ500 coffee machine just a month ago from Coffee Friend, & have been testing it together w/ my 6 cups & saucers. The EQ500 machine is excellent & you'll need to empty the internal tray w/ coffee & water in it, periodically & @ the end of the day’s usage, you’ll need to take 5 mins of your time to clean it out afterwards. W/ regards to the ceramic cups & saucers, you'll need to take the chill out of the milk (set to room temp. If the milk container is filled w/ 600ml – then use your microwave for 1 min & 30 secs to remove the chill from it.) Plus, it’s this! You’ll need to heat up each & every cup for a cappuccino for two mins in your microwave set @ 900 watts & prior to making each & every cappuccino. If you fail to heat up your cappuccino cup before using it for a cup of cappuccino, you’ll only get a look-warm cup of coffee!
