Much cheaper than anywhere, managed to get the exact model of coffee machine we were after and it was home delivered in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend this company.

Service was good, inconveniences compensated. Its a shame the machine didnt work but that was not CF's fault. Rang Delong help line and got very poor support and was told to send the machine back. Spoke to CF support and they very helpfully talked me through fixing the machine which I was able to do with their guided and patient help. Machine works well now, so thanks CF good job

Lovely quality items, quick shipping

Great coffee, simple but high quality un-waxed beans make the best coffee. When compared on price per kilo form Aldi, Lidl, Asda etc, the price difference is minimal yet the quality increase is huge. I would highly recommend, and it’s fun trying different beans until you’ve found your favourite.

I was kept in the picture about delivery which I was informed when I ordered that it would take at least 2 weeks. Coffee Machine arrived very well packaged.

We ordered a new machine abs when it arrived there were bits broken off it, it still worked but we asked for a replacement and Rose at coffee friend was very helpful, they sent instructions and we sent the machine back and Rose saw that a new one was dispatched quickly and without fuss. I would definitely buy from them again, well done Rose, it’s not often you get good customer service these days
