I ordered some products back in February. I got an email saying they had been dispatched and it would be with me in a week. It’s been two weeks since I received the email. I have tried to contact customer service which was very unsuccessful. I have contacted them several times and they still haven’t replied although it states they will reply within a day! Please do not buy from this website as you will not recieve your order!!

Like most People, I Googled the machine that I was after, and found an advert for Coffee Friend showing the machine that I wanted at over £100 less than other Vendors. "Hmmm…What's the catch???" I thought. After a quick email discussion, which allayed all my fears and answered all my questions, the order was made. The machine delivered really quickly and is working absolutely perfectly. Based on this initial interaction with Coffee Friend, I have no hesitation in recommending them. Good Stuff!

Delivery never happened, asked time and time again for cancellation and refund but refused, stating it’s on the way! Had to take it up with the credit card company!

Keep getting review requests even after reviewing grinder. Grinder and delivery fine no more review emails please

I was very pleased at the their decision to allow me to exchange my coffee machine, however there was a significant error made over the arrangement of the collection of my original machine that caused me a fair amount of concern and stress, which ultimately fortunately proved to be unfounded. Bsically there was a error of which courier was to collect my machine.

Coffee Grinder was the cheapest i could find on the internet. Communication and delivery was fast and efficient, very happy with the experience!

The product is good and great value, there wasn't any communication about the delivery, however when I emailed and when I phoned I heard back straight away. The customer service was great.
