A longer delivery time than would have liked, but did finally get an email explaining the delay. A couple of packets of free coffee pods helped!

Very poor service, totally disappointed with their late deliveries and late response. Ordered coffee machine 15 days ago and haven't receive yet.

Coffee friend were good with replying to messages. I ordered from them as was the cheapest price I could find for the item I wanted, and good reviews. On hindsight I would of preferred to pay more and get it more locally. I had an email the day after I ordered to say the product has been dispatched. Which led me to believe I would receive it shortly. But unfortunately was not the case. It took about 3 weeks. They state it comes from Europe, but still was a very long time. The coffee maker was very badly packaged, considering the long journey it had. The manufacturers box was just taped all over with the black sticky stuff. Coffee maker itself seems fine. It does come with a 2 pin plug that has an outer separate Uk plug in the box , you have to place the first one inside the second one. Not seen that before , and I didn’t see any info on website that tells you about the plug.

The coffee was a very long time to arrive.

Ordered a grinder from here as a birthday gift. The grinder was great but delivery was incredibly slow. The website had claimed 1-3 days delivery, and is a .co.uk address, however the grinder did not arrive in time for the birthday I messaged customer services who told me the order was coming from outside the UK and would take about 3 weeks. The grinder arrived three and a half weeks later, and is great, but was very sorry to have such a late present, and wish the company would be honest and upfront about their delivery times.

The grinder is great and works very well. However, it was bought as a present, with the expectation of short delivery times (1-3 days on the website), and the website has a .co.uk address, so I expected this to arrive in time for the birthday. After ordering it became clear that the product was shipped from outside the UK and took over 3 weeks to arrive, I was sorry to let down the birthday boy and wish the company was clearer about their delivery timelines.

Good price and dealt with an issue quickly and efficiently. Would order from Coffee Friend again

The website stated delivery would take place within 3 days – but it took almost three weeks instead! Customer service was friendly and sent us some free coffee beans to apologise.

Brilliant company – my Dedica coffee machine was cheaper than anyone else and was delivered quickly in time for a Christmas gift . The machine developed a fault a couple of months later and CoffeeFriend replaced it immediately . They kept me informed every step of the way when collecting the old machine ( the courier didn’t come the first time but CoffeeFriend sorted it without any fuss .) The replacement machine came within days and is fantastic . Highly Recommended !!!!

Good customer service but not great overall. I placed my order but it wasn’t processed until two weeks later when I rang up. Then my item took over two weeks to arrive.
