Great price for product

Disappointing. I ordered a coffee machine that was showing in stock on the website. Enquired about delivery about 4-5 days after order and was told there had been an error and there was no stock. I was offered a small discount on a more expensive item. Delivery has taken forever on the x3 I've ordered from them. Though the list price can seem enticing I would rather pay a slight increase to have goods delivered quicker and with better communication (especially for high value items).

I had a problem getting my new grinder to grind fine enough. Amber managed to get some additional instructions direct from Rocket which resolved the problem. Quick responses, very friendly and willing to help. Excellent customer service

Good price. Good customer service. But it's slow… Everyone is very helpful if you have a problem (like I had with my grinder), but each reply takes 24/48 hours… which makes the simplest of the back and forth conversations that could take 10 minutes, take around a week. If you're the patient type, I strongly recommend them.

Ordered melitta bean to cup machine. Wasnt aware was coming from Europe, but it arrived about 2 weeks after ordered, we were informed that it was on it's way, so no problem. Came well packaged. Price was good. Working well.

Great product at a great price. Delivery took a little longer than expected as I didn’t realise the coffee machine was being shipped from Europe, however I received an email after a few days letting me know this was the case and then was able to track my delivery through Hermes. Would definitely use this company again.

Bought a Delonghi coffee machine it was straight forward finding the machine i wanted and pay for it. Just a few days later it was delivered ok and on time. Works perfect with no problems.

Had a good experience with Coffee friend, received a call and spoke to a very nice lady after placing my order who wanted to confirm my address. Unfortunately the box arrived damaged during transit, and hadn’t been packed with much protective packaging. The coffee machine was fine thankfully but because it was a gift it was disappointing that there was damage to the box.
