UK orders have long shipping/delivery time. And when the package arrived, it was missing the EU/UK plug converter. Coffeefriend responded quickly to send it, but I am still waiting for the plug to arrive. I ordered 14 Mar and it is now 13 Apr, and I have yet to use the product.

Ordering my Espresso maker through Coffee Friend was easy and problem free. I was kept informed and got prompt responses to my questions. Great product, great friendly and prompt service. I would happily recommend and/or use again.

So disappointed to read I’m having the same poor experience that so many others have had – effectively you part with your money and are then ignored or told it will be sent soon. Should have done my homework and read through the majority of recent reviews – all negative and bemoaning non-delivery or the silent treatment. Never again , delivery date keeps getting put back . I have to chase it up all the time . Asked to cancel as didnt realise it was coming from Poland . If this had been stated no way would I have gone ahead . Customer service appalling .

I always believe that the sales part of any business will promise the earth to the customer and then run away if there is a problem, leaving aftersales to pick up the pieces. Not with Coffee Friend. My machine developed a fault within a few days of ownership, a quick email to Rose at Coffee Friend and the machine was collected and a replacement delivered within 24hrs without any histrionics or issues. Thoroughly recommended.
