Very, very slow to deliver. Order acknowledged quickly and note received that items had been despatched – so far so good. About a week or ten days later a note turned up saying there was a problem and then it was another 7 days. no apologies or explanation. Unacceptable Genuine apology received following review – I will give them a second chance.

Arrived super fast although confusing communication as seemingly multiple companies involved in the transaction. The machine itself is beautiful, slimline and fits into the kitchen without losing precious work surface space. Easy to use, once we’d got the UK instructions off the internet. The coffee is excellent, don’t know why we didn’t get one sooner. Delighted with the purchase, feels like a good starter into the bean to cup world.

When it finally arrived it was as described however lack of communication meant I had to go back twice asking where my machine was. All in all it took over a month to arrive – not what was promised (7-10 days they said!)

The product and company were fine no problems. Took 3 weeks to arrive. This isn't the companies fault, we left Europe and since then everything's been delayed. However the Web page is a UK website which is of course misleading.

Ticks all the boxes

When I ordered I expected my order to come next day or before the weekend. I was in no rush for it and wasn’t expecting it to take nearly 4 weeks to come. I think we’ve all gotten too used to next day delivery but the wait was well worth it. The coffee machine is just as I expected. It’s perfect and I have used it every day with very enjoyable results. It comes with European plug as standard but I assume coffee friend added the uk adapter into the package. Thanks for the coffee guys! I’m now able to make it to lunch without falling asleep or losing the plot!

Bought a Nespresso Insinnia machine which was delivered from Poland, arrived 1 day before the 14 business day delivery date in a damaged box, the box was just wrapped in black adhesive wrapping with an address label. The box had been open and a euro to 13a 3 pin plug put in, the coffee pod pack had been opened and the machine looked refurbished and used There is no invoice or instructions on how to return and I am awaiting a response on how to return

The coffee maker is beautiful and was well-priced. 1 star off for some quite slow delivery, it took 2 weeks to come. Otherwise very pleased.

Great customer service I will definitely come back as a customer, had and issue with my product, but got a new sent out without any issues which works great. Highly recommended as a company, great business practices.

Fast reliable service

The machine is exactly what I wanted, providing good bean to cup coffee quickly and easily, the machine is easy to maintain.

Found a coffee machine at an incredible price and was originally apprehensive, however I decided to try my luck and was glad I did. Two days later I'm enjoying a tasty espresso.

Excellent product, very fast delivery

The advertised price for our coffee machine was so competitive that I was very apprehensive, however the machine arrived within a couple of working days and was exactly as ordered. A minor issue over a missing hardness test strip was handled very quickly, and I give Coffee Friend top marks for excellent customer service

Coffee machine (Nespresso citiz) arrived earlier than advised. Just what my daughter wanted. Couldn't find it available anywhere else. She's very pleased.
