Easy to order, fast delivery, perfect quality!

The items were a great price and arrived well packaged and in great condition. The one negative would be that it was listed as "in stock" and the delivery time was listed as "1 to 3 days", however it took a week and a half for them to ship it during which time there wasn't any communication of the status. They do not appear to include their own internal stock movement time between warehouses in delivery estimates, and don't communicate it, so bear that in mind.

Delivery was quick and the product as advertised, very happy with the process. I can recommend for coffee accessories!

Prompt delivery and very pleased with my delonghi coffee machine.

Delivered the machine on time and at a cheaper price than Amazon for once ! Good to see the little guy beating Amazon for exactly the same unit on price.

We had to return a machine (our issue due to colour) for a replacement and the process was easy and quick and communication was good.

Very poor . Delivery delayed 5 weeks . Not told for a couple of weeks . Money taken immediately. When order finally arrived one item short ( they did warn me and did refund me )

I wasn't informed that the milk jug was out of stock. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email and received a response stating it would be delivered once it is back in stock, which would be within a week or so.k

This was a gift for my granddaughter. It was delivered within 2 days!! I don’t know whether she has tried it yet.

Still not received what I paid for, been going back and forth via email and getting nowhere! Promised a managers call back still waiting 5 days later. Company a scam do not use! Steal your money and don’t send out your order.

Very very slow delivery Please order only if you are happy to wait a couple of weeks LOL -I made that mistake twice, I forgot the 1st time I ordered from them how long it takes
