I came across this company whilst trawling the multitude of sites in search of a coffee machine. Obviously a site I had never heard of I was dubious of ordering from as the machine was of a substantial amount. Nevertheless I proceeded to order, our order was due 2 weeks after. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive which caused alarm bell to ring. I emailed customer service who were absolutely wonderful and apologetic. I had a lady called Amber who looked into why and there were delays on production. Absolutely fine, all faith was reinstated, I then received two bags of coffee beans as a gesture of goodwill, much appreciated. I was informed my order would arrive on 25th, and shortly before 9am this morning my machine arrived. I also received an email from Amber again informing me it was out for delivery today. 100% recommend this company, the communication is great as are the products.
