exactly what I wanted and delivered on time. What more can you ask for.

Item broken in transit gave me a replacement good communication.

Sold me A nespresso machine at a great price then, after payment, wrote to explain they had no stock. No alternative delivery timing, just an option to purchase an alternative (more expensive) machine. Took a few days to get my money back. Hopefully not their normal behaviour.

Great products at reasonable prices. Delivered reasonably fast. However, the buyer experience is a bit lacking/impersonal. No acknowledgement of order, no updates if it is running late. The website just says "processing". I will definitely use again.
