I ordered a tasting box, which was hit and miss but a great way of trying different coffees. I also bought "Caprissimo Fragrante" and Charles Liégeois "Magnifico" both of which I really enjoyed and would definitely buy again.

I would not recommend, simply due to the issues faced with delivery of our coffee machine. The experience with UPS was a farce. The machine was coming from Poland and the delivery dates on the UPS tracking just kept going back and back. Ending up with them removing any anticipated delivery date, and resulting in cancellation of our order. The information from UPS was inaccurate right from the beginning and there was no indication of the machine ever arriving. We were told when it did arrive, to refuse acceptance of the machine, and that it would then be returned to Coffee Friend. Typically for UPS, it was delivered when there wasn't even an anticipated delivery delivery date. My only issue with Coffee Friend was that the refund should not have taken 14 business days from when they received the returned goods. It takes no more than 1/2 day to process a refund and no more than 2 days for it to be refunded to the account.

I was sent a faulty item, that didn’t switch on. The item was also a different colour to the one I purchased (I ordered Silver, I received Beige)
