Coffee pot is nice but smaller that expected.

I had not heard of Coffee Friend, but was looking to buy a Rocket Appartamento and their price was very good and site reviews were good. I had some questions but my emails were all quickly, professionally and accurately answered. The emails really persuaded me to buy with them. The machine arrived when expected and it has been simply amazing! Rocket are truly fabulous espresso machine manufacturers!! And I can't thank Coffee Friend enough! Highly, highly recommended!

Item delivered was as expected, in good condition and received on time. I would have given 5 stars except for the annoying emails saying I had items in my basket and to check them out or lose them.

The customer service is really good! Refund is processed within days.

I was disappointed with the long delivery time. However, when i rung up to chase it, the lady was very polite and apologetic. It does state 14 working days, but I missed that. Thank you

I've had to change my original review, that wasn't very nice as I got them confused with another company. I sincerely apologise for my mistake. I did order from them and am very happy with my product. I would definitely use again and reccomend them.

Lack of clarity on delivery timescales, after follow-up was stated to be 7-14 days which turned out to exceed 3 weeks due to bank Holidays. This was not clear at the time of placing the order.
